The structure

Gallo Rosso is an elegant structure
of trulli, finely restored;
It’s built in a wonderful hilly location,
plunged into the magic silence of the Itria Valley,
between the enchanting fascination of the oak
and olm-oak woods and the intense scent
of the mastic tree and the hawthorn,
typical of the maquis.

All around, there are stretches of green grass
where the charming Murgesi horses crop.

The structure is located in a privileged position,
indeed some km far there are Martina Franca,
with its characteristic old town centre,
a magnificent example of baroque art,
and Alberobello, the “capital of the trulli”,
belonging to the Unesco worldwide patrimony,
Cisternino, Locorotondo, Noci, famous for its gastronomy,
and Ostuni, the “white town”.
